Green Matcha Milkshake

IMG_6116_fb_f3s3opI scream, you scream, we all scream for ICED GREEN! Get the whole family together to make this easy, matcha inspired dessert shake. Simply mix, pour, and top with whipped cream to enjoy!

Ingredients:
From TSTE
2 TBS TSTE Sweet Matcha, plus extra for topping

From the Grocer
8 oz 2% milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream, as needed

Preparation:
BLEND TSTE Sweet Tea Matcha, milk and vanilla ice cream in a blender until a smooth consistency is obtained.
*For a more vibrant green color, add a few drops of green food coloring into the blender with ingredients while blending (pictured).
POUR into two glasses.

Serving Suggestion:
TOP with whipped cream and dust with TSTE Sweet Tea Matcha. Enjoy!

Green-Tea-Cheesecake-Bites-WEB_qnjr94These green tea cheesecake bites are simple and delicious. Add some zen to your day with the calm, smooth, creamy flavors of TSTE Madagascar Pure Vanilla and TSTE Sweet Matcha contained in these lavish green cheesecakes.

Ingredients:

From TSTE
4.4 oz TSTE Sweet MatchaCloudinary
1 ½ tsp TSTE Madagascar Pure Vanilla
To taste (your choice of):
TSTE Strawberry Sugar
TSTE Coconut Sugar
TSTE Lemon Sugar
or TSTE Lime Sugar

From the Grocer
11 oz pkg vanilla wafers
2 – 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 12 muffin tins with foil liners.
PLACE one full vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner.
IN a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, TSTE Sweet Matcha, and vanilla.
In order to avoid a matcha mess, beat on the lowest speed for a minute first.
Then, continue to beat on medium-speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat until combined.
FILL each liner ¾ full with the cream cheese mixture.
BAKE for 20-30 mins or until the edges of the cheesecake bites begin to slightly brown.
SERVE topped with your favorite TSTE sugar, a dollop of whipped cream, and a sprinkling of matcha.
Yield: 12 cheesecake bites

Saint Peppermint Patty Cookies

Ingredients:
From TSTE
2 Tbs (0.1 oz) TSTE Peppermint Leaves
3 Tbs (1.5 oz)TSTE Peppermint Patty Sugar
2 tsp TSTE Madagascar Vanilla Extract

From the Grocer
1½ cup flour
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 stick butter, very soft
¼ tsp green food coloring
2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbs shortening

Preparation:
GRIND TSTE Peppermint Leaves into powder with mortar and pestle or spice grinder.
MIX with flour, salt and confectioners’ sugar.
BEAT butter, TSTE Madagascar Vanilla Extract, and food coloring with electric mixer until creamy.
ADD flour mixture and BEAT on low until a dough forms.
PLACE dough on a sheet of plastic wrap, and ROLL into a log, about 2½ inches in diameter.
WRAP log tightly in plastic wrap.
REFRIGERATE 30 minutes.
PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
SLICE log into 1/2 inch thick discs.
PLACE 2 inches apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
BAKE until edges are just brown, 8-12 minutes.COOL 5 minutes then TRANSFER to wire racks.
MELT chocolate chips and shortening in saucepan over very low heat STIRRING often.
DIP room-temperature cookies half-way in chocolate.
PLACE on parchment paper.
SPRINKLE TSTE Peppermint Patty Sugar onto chocolate.
COOL completely.

Yield: 25-30 cookies Kitchen Time: 1 hour plus chilling dough
