Chef Judi’s Flavors of the Month

Grilled grouper tacos at Siesta Key Oyster Bar. Served with flour tortillas, it is the cilantro sauce that sets this one apart. A cold Rolling Rock and sunset and you are in Baja heaven.

The new 8-ounce Prime Burger at Fleming’s Steak House seriously, could be the BEST burger ever- the hand made Hallah roll, buttery and soft sets the stage for the flavorful crisp sugar-cured bacon, aged cheddar (or blue cheese) and, wait for it, two giant onion rings. This burger nirvana.

Teriyaki Salmon bento box at J Pan. For less than $10 at lunch, this is more than a mouthful with crisp spring roll, dumplings, California roll and ginger salad.

The Rib Eye Steak at Galileo in Burns court is a winner. This Italian gem has been a favorite dining destination for years. A new addition to the menu, Galileo makes it best by keeping it simple. Olive oil, garlic and a hint of fresh herbs make this classic steakhouse specialty.

Don’t forget the culinary challenge of the year in Venice.
