Cucumber Onion Salad

This version of a classic cucumber onion salad uses TSTE® Dill Weed and TSTE® Lime Sugar for a zesty twist. This light, refreshing side dish is a great summer option for using locally grown vegetables!


From TSTE®
1 TBS TSTE® Dill Weed
2 tsp TSTE® Lime Sugar
1 tsp TSTE® 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend, ground
½ tsp TSTE® Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt
¼ cup TSTE® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

From the Grocer
3 large cucumbers, washed and thinly sliced
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
2 TBS water



COMBINE sliced cucumbers and sliced onions in a large bowl with a tight-fitting lid.
MIX TSTE® Dill WeedTSTE® Lime SugarTSTE® 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend, and TSTE® Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt together in a small bowl. Stir in apple cider vinegar and water.
WHISK TSTE® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in slowly.
POUR over cucumbers and onions, toss gently to coat.
COVER and refrigerate overnight or for at least 12 hours to allow flavors to meld.
REMOVE cucumbers and onions with slotted spoon and serve.

An alternative to French fries, these Cheesy Asparagus Fries are sure to satisfy! TSTE® Popcorn Seasoning Spice Blend combined with Parmesan cheese and crunchy panko breadcrumbs creates the perfectly seasoned crispy coating.

2 TBS TSTE® Popcorn Seasoning Spice Blend

From the Grocer
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
½ cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs, beaten



PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
COMBINE panko, Parmesan cheese, and TSTE®Popcorn Seasoning Spice Blend in a large bowl and mix.
DREDGE the asparagus in flour.
DIP the asparagus into the beaten eggs.
COAT the asparagus in the panko mixture.
PLACE asparagus (spaced out) onto baking sheet.
BAKE for 11- 13 mins or until crispy.
SERVE with your favorite TSTE® dip.

Bacon Wrapped Corn

Bacon + corn + savory spices = tasty grilling! Bacon and corn are flavored with the warm, smoky nuances of TSTE® Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and TSTE® Light Chili Powder for a quick, delicious dish!

1 TBS TSTE® Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend
1 TBS TSTE® Light Chili Powder

From the Grocer
8 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
16 oz (1 lb) bacon


PREHEAT a grill to medium heat.
USE two slices of bacon (overlapping on one end) to wrap one ear of corn from one end to the other.
MIX TSTE® Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and TSTE® Light Chili Powder and sprinkle evenly over the ears of bacon wrapped corn. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place on the heated grill.
GRILL ears of corn for 15-30 mins (or until bacon is fully cooked and somewhat crispy), turning every 5 mins.
REMOVE foil and serve.
*For smaller portions (pictured on front of the card), cut corn ears in half prior to wrapping. Wrap one slice of bacon per half. Proceed with recipe as directed.
